If someone ask you to do something outside of your task you can say "As per this document, it is Joe's job" -Good pay, good insurance

-Inconsistent workload -Many many emails, hard to keep track -If you are a very social person, many people work from home and you may not see them at the office (not a con for me, but could be for some) -Expected to know and understand a lot right away -A lot of unexpected/non-standard situation
