Unethical practices internally. HR is included. Small inner circle runs and influences everything, everyone else gets ignored. You have no say. Because some organizations run internationally, they don't care for US practices or norms and have a you do it our way or the highway mentality even if they're in US and most of their business is in the US. When they say they want to hear feedback and enforce accountability, they don't mean it. They want you to validate them and will fight or ignore critical feedback.
