Kind of flexible schedule to make the money in other job in order to compensate the commissions taken from me.

Started earning pretty decent money in commissions. Then they implemented the new "Bonus" structure based in sale's category tiers. So if tier #1 is $1000 and tier #2 is $5000 and you got to $3000, everything you sold in the middle between the two tiers is lost for you but surely not for the owner of the company. Now they are strangling the activation numbers in order to pay you only a percentage of your complete bonus.

- A true sales role with the opportunity to learn a lot about the industry and to develop your raw sales ability. - A very relaxed environment encourages trust. A medium sized business, you have the opportunity to speak with the CEO and VP. - The employees are great, VP of Sales is awesome, and the overall culture is a huge plus - My quality of life increased by working here. I didn't hate my job, I enjoyed doing sales, and was able to leave the work at work when I clocked out. - If you're out of college, this is the perfect entry level sales role to get started.

- Lack of direction at times can prove challenging. - The only constant is change when it comes to type of calls, which can be exhilarating at times and stressful at others. - Career outlook is low for development just because the company is mid-sized. But if you're looking for the opportunity to move across the country, it's available.
