      Strong earning potential for self-motivated salespeople. The commission structure rewards effort, and there’s a lot of autonomy if you’re driven and disciplined. Great opportunity to develop sales skills, communication, and customer relationships. Team environment can be supportive, and leadership often wants to see reps succeed.

      Svantaggi

      The commission/draw structure can be challenging to navigate, especially early on. There are frequent meetings and trainings that occur outside normal selling hours, which are not paid separately and effectively come out of your draw. This can feel like you’re paying yourself to attend mandatory meetings. Better transparency and compensation for required time commitments would improve the experience.
