Since its 100% commission there is a lot of shady sales that happen on behalf of reps, management overlooks it as long as it brings in money and new business for the company. If you're not a top performer, than management could really care less about you. Reps will screw over other reps for their own benefit. 100% commission means charging bogus fees that aren't charged at corporate stores to add more money to your paycheck. Reps only push the phones that make them the most money, regardless of whether the customer wants it or its in their best interest to buy it.
