The cons of this job are the employees. We are paid con artists. The computer systems are antiquated. The inventory is less than stellar. They find any reason they can not to pay commission. The worst part is that you shouldn't even expect a commission check in the first 6 months, as you start two and a half months in the hole for state draws.
