The point system is ridiculous. Max of 10 points before termination and you get 7 (SEVEN) points for missing 1 day. If you need a day off you basically have to beg your coworkers to cover the shift for you. They also take a lot of money out of your check for stuff that gets stolen by customers. You are commission only but also have to do a lot of other work that you don’t get paid for like customer service issues, inventory, cleaning the store, etc. they are constantly coming up with reasons to deduct money from your checks. The training is very poor. It’s 2 weeks long and you are trained by other people that had 2 weeks of training.
