No paid time off. No vacation time. Not a set schedule, you “draft” your schedule for two/three months at a time but the draft order is decided by management (usually highest to lowest in sales). Hard to get shifts covered Training is insufficient. They rush you through training and you don’t get the hands on experience needed for on the floor. The leaders lie about how much you will make (usually says “oh it’s easy to make 5-7k a month”, which it’s not as store sales are declining with everything being available online now) Team meetings are held very early atleast once a month to discuss the same exact thing as previous meetings. Coworkers are low key sneaky, will steal your sales. You either sink or swim. You’re dealing with unintellegent customers to smartphones about 60% of the time. Most ppl come in complaining about a basic issue that could be solved with them taking a min to figure it out or even using google. They expect you to work hours outside of work to get the minimum requirement in sales. This is NOT a career job!!!! A was here for 6 months and moved on.
