My commission check never added up. Worked my butt off for no reason, you don't get a base pay, it's all a commission check that gets taken out. Terrible employees that they keep around only because they're shady salesmen that screw people over, as long as it's making them money they don't care. Team Leads are a joke, don't do anything to make the work environment good. Just stay away and save yourself from a lot of unnecessary training with no reward.
