Our highest priority is to be sincere and honest in our interactions with our clients and our employees. Your experience in that situation is not representative of the typical employee experience.
We do work off a draw against your commissions. You are advanced your hourly wages every two weeks and that advance is recouped from your commission check. This way you earn up to three checks a month rather than only one check a month.
You mentioned sharing commissions with other sales representatives. You also are receiving a portion of their sales too so the sharing works out.
Our goals is to provide our sales representatives with tools they need to succeed. Our sales mission is not to just wait on customers who walk in our stores, but rather reach out to our existing customers and let them know about our current promotions and plans and features that would benefit them.
