Good profit, very flexible schedule, good people to work with, great management

Svantaggi

No base pay, reps pay for missing accessories/phones, chargebacks - meaning that if a customer cancels before 6 months, the reps on the share pay for half of the retail price of the phone, no benefits

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Svantaggi

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
