It is 100% commission, so you have to have a competitive spirit. If you are a top performer, you are making some pretty good money.

It is all split commission with whoever else you are working with, for the most part, so you have to make sure your co-workers are pulling their own weight and you're not the only one selling. You are charged out for deactivations that happen before 6 months of service has passed, which isn't that bad if you actually pre-qualify your customers...
