Being a cellular sale employee for over 4 years, I have seen a multitude of changes. Some good, some bad. But in the end, this company strives to give people the opportunity to be successful. It is what you make of it. Sales, there are multiple definitions for the word sales. Cellular Sales allows its reps to grasp every definition. The reps are considered hybrid reps, they are not limited to just one type of sales. Inside, outside, B2B, cold calling, warm calling, referrals, etc.

Commission is not for everyone. In the beginning, one must work out the life work balance. Vacation is def the largest Con for me. Currently there is no vacation pay available. To counter that, a rep has to budget their money.
