It isn't a hard job, but it isn't too easy. I love that it isn't exhausting, and you get to help people with their phones. But every day you will face accounts with problems that need to be resolved. These are challenges that keep you on your toes, and keep you problem solving skills quick. When you fix one of these problems, it really feels nice and boosts your self-esteem. Plus! Co-workers and Supervisors are always more than happy to answer any questions you have, and really help you understand.

We run on the point system for absences and tardys, which I think is mostly good! After 13 points, you are fired. But I do feel like the points should clear at the end of every year, because sometimes you can't get shifts covered, and if you are part time, you have no sicks days, so what else can you do? And if you're full time, and you're going through a long time of illness, and you use your five sicks days, you can either get your shifts covered, or take points (because doctors notes don't work for full time, which I think is bad and makes sick people come to work, and that is dangerous for everyone). It can put you in a tough spot.
