I can understand your issue of paying back the company for any phones that are turned off by customers. That is the charge back policy that Verizon has implemented in their commission structure. Cellular Sales and other retailers must also return commissions as well. We also believe there are several things you can control at the point of sale to help reduce the likely-hood of customers charging back.
