The starting salary for entry-level recruits was solid. The commission was also decent, as long as you were aggressive. High quotas, yet they paid out well when met. Competitive environment.

Svantaggi

Never having a set schedule, opportunity to move-up was not always attainable. Cut-throat environment, but yet had many sales people who became lazy and just brought down the overall morale.

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Svantaggi

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
