Large teams, good atmosphere, semi flexible scheduling, commission structure benefits everyone, company been around for a long time

Expected to work in multiple stores resulting in long commutes, schedule is drafted against other employees, little to no work life balance. Commission split between shared and unshared can make or break your numbers, which are inflexible and hard to reach without dishonesty. After initial training, little to no help offered if needed, store meetings were useless.
