      Employees are trained really well, and the company seems to be interested in the long-term success of their employees

      While they are interested in the long-term success of their employees, they do have a large barrier-to-entry to the job in terms of income. You get paid very little for training, as well as for your first two months due to the commission structure. This job has a lot of income growth potential, but you need to have personal savings before starting the job, otherwise you may not be able to afford the bare minimum for awhile.
