Poor leadership, terrible culture, chaotic company, terrible communication. Constant change but for no apparent reason, no explanation, and with a its my way or the highway mentality. Leadership has a tremendous eye for quality people, but fails to retain them due to poor culture. Leadership meaning those above store management. Store manager was incredible, great guy, great leader. But those above him overruled him, or limited his ability to enact change and make an impact. Or honestly, he could have been lying the whole time and never actually stood up or spoke to them at all.
