      Money if you can hustle and self start. Flexibility with scheduling. Half the day is down time.

      They only promote actual Neanderthals to management. Its a systemic problem with this company. Its the same story in every market. Room temp IQ frat boys run this company and its exactly as awful as you think.

      After 16 year with Cellular Sales I can say with pride that it has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience. Cellular Sales has given me multiple opportunities to develop into different roles and expanding my skills. The company culture is one of support and motivation and definitely recognizes and rewards hard work.

      This is pay for performance atmosphere and if you are not a motivated positive minded person you may struggle. But if you are the sky is the limit!!!

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
