The company holds a great atmosphere and they hire awesome people. The pay structure is fair, simple and is full uncapped. This job is what you make it. You are expected to hit and maintain certain KPIs, but you can work as much or as little as you want. You work 80 hours to make as much as $ as possible. On the flip side, if you only want to work 35 hours but don’t fall behind on KPIs then you can do so. You also have the ability to move up into management positions. You can start at the bottom and move far up the latter if you prove yourself.

100% commission with draws can be stressful at times. You also cannot control traffic in retail sales. It’s also tough at times because you never know who’s walking through the door. It could be an amazing swing or it could be awful. But at the end of the day your effort determines your outcome and pay. Thats why I love this company. The only other thing that can be tough is finding that work life balance because of the pay structure,
