      Sales position that focuses and rewards when you sale. Cellular Sales has the highest commission structure in the industry therefor you get paid based off your efforts. Not a job for someone that just wants to sit there and do nothing. The freedom on the floor is so much fun to have the ability to do it your way but also you need to be disciplined to make yourself do the work when the door isnt swinging which does happen. Great culture and team vibe.

      Commissions are delayed 45 days but you only feel that when you first start. Once commission checks hit they are there every month. A ramp up bonus is offered to help offset this delay in the beginning.
