Hr doesn't listen to the concerns of employees. Concerns about manager and team handling are taken as ignorant. They keep aside interest of employee and scold employee whenever speak or make remarks on manager.

There is a strong focus on growth, but employee retention does not receive the same attention. Compensation is not always competitive, and career advancement processes can feel inconsistent depending on the opportunities available to you. All approvals run up to founder level.
