Great place to work, friendly environment very professional environment, we achieved a lot during my years at Celprogen, Very fast paced scientific work load not everyone can fit in this environment, but every employee is given numerous chances to improve with clear protocols and training.

Each employee is given numerous opportunities to preform their tasks, by reading and following procedures, i have seen those that fail in this process are the one who try short cuts.

No lie, there are no pro's when it comes to working for Celprogen.

The CEO/boss/manager is a micromanaging tyrant with mood swings. He claims to have his Ph.D when he really doesn't (hence he doesn't know what he's talking about half the time), micromanages all of his new employees, finds every little excuse to withhold pay from you, lies to his clients about exactly what goes in his products, offered me only 3 sick days a year WHICH I COULDN'T EVEN USE (I called in sick to which he said no and that I have to come in... wtf?), refused to properly train his employees, refused to give me new tasks and responsibilities when I requested... and the list goes ON AND ON.
