Poor management structure and leadership

I have worked at Celsius for the past 18 months as the ISM Training Manager. This is a young, energetic and fast paced company that works with the cutting edge of the technology industry and like any job role it is not for everyone...but for graduates of any subject who wish to cut their teeth within the fastest growing sector in the world it is the go to place for building corporate experience and credibility.
