Good management, room for improvement

Amount of work can be substantial

It is a convenient place to work. People are nice in general. The environment is kind of laid back but holds business casual outfit.

Management not necessarily understands their primary tasks and sometimes they opposite each other. Projects are not well documented and requirements are not well defined. Therefore, company might go off-track from time to time and fight some fires before it sinks.
