Unless you are family, friend or a two-faced butt kisser...don't expect to be treated fair. There are salary based associates who will work exactly 8 hours even when task/projects are not completed and that's ok while there are hourly associates who bust their butts to complete tasks and are plenalized for OT! All the gossiping and back stabbing between employees in All departments...and this includes managers. This healthcare system is trying to keep up with others by taking overnight online certifications, what a joke!
