As you have read by the many other reviewers , this facility has the worst management. If you are intelligent and capable you will NOT want to send your resume here. They are 10 years behind in technology and have no interest in investing in this facility. The senior management is a network of family and connected friends. The COO reports to her daddy, the CEO. That should say it all. She hardly has to be competent because she certainly won't be fired. Nepotism and the "good ole boy" network is the culture and style of Centegra. That accounts for the high turnover and poor morale. The business culture is full of inefficiencies, poor decision making, discrimination, poor skill sets, and lack of motivation. Run in the other direction--do not consider this place for employment. Check the ratings of other local hospitals and you will see a huge difference. I am so glad I am no longer in the oppressive environment.
