No job security- being laid off after 6 years my entire department is going to overseas. Feels like they have no loyalty to people that have service them exceptionally for years. Management lacks empathy, no recognition, got rid of bonuses 2 years ago, no incentives for employee of the month, no growth/promotion since WellCare was acquired. Management does not address people who consistently do not meet expectations. Seems like the entire company lost its drive motivation and care since the new CEO came in.
