The company will always give you someone to communicate with. The people working at (almost) every level are responsive, engaged, and well-learned in what they do. This creates an almost utopian existence.

The cons are not many but if they are left unchecked, can become large, insurmountable problems. For starters, they make empty promises. You may receive promises of a new client, time off, or extra support for a client during your time at CLASS. Unfortunately, after the promises are made, they are often not kept or are changed without your consent. They will often find loopholes in what's been agreed upon and exploit them. Another issue pertains less to the company, and more to the overall field of work. When cancellations occur (and they will), you receive no pay. Regardless of who is calling out and for what reason, you will receive no payment for your efforts. There are only two exceptions to this rule. The first is a "doorstep" cancelation, the other being a cancelation occurring within an hour before your session's start time. Due to how little these two events occur, you will most likely never see anything like this.
