Vantaggi

good medical benefits however this will be changing in 2017 with a high deductible plan annual bonus if company goals are met

Svantaggi

they do not "pay for performance". only advancement opportunities are for men, not women. majority of the employees are overworked and under paid. disfunctional upper management team. HR individual has little experience and is not trustworthly. employees have nobody to go to with concerns or complaints employees treated unfairly (what applies to some does not apply to others)

Vantaggi

Got real-world experience as an intern on various projects that were actually used within the company's functions. Phenomenal leadership throughout the entire company. Leadership identified growth opportunities for me and placed me in an additional department so that I could gain a variety of skills and also better identify what I enjoy working on. Executives are good listeners and are easy to approach, which is rare. The decked-out snack and energy drink options in the lunchroom were also one of my favorite things about the office. I will continue to recommend this company to the underclassmen that I mentor!

Svantaggi

Pay is not as high as the market, however, the company has multiple other benefits such as good insurance and WFH days.

Vantaggi

They are closed the day after Thanksgiving.....

Svantaggi

My experience with this company highlighted several deep-rooted issues that leadership has not addressed. Out of about 135 employees, only four are Black, and overall diversity is noticeably lacking. The environment reflects an old-school mentality and a leadership style that often comes across as self-serving and disconnected from the staff. The New Jersey office, in particular, has had an unusually high turnover rate, with multiple employees of color leaving within the last two years. This pattern speaks to larger organizational and cultural concerns that remain unacknowledged. Growth opportunities are extremely limited. Many employees have been in the same position for a decade or more, not because they’re choosing to stay, but because advancement is rare. Nepotism is also evident, and several hires appear to be based on personal connections rather than merit. Overall, this company has significant work to do in terms of diversity, leadership accountability, and creating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported!
