Very great company. People treat you like family , they are very customer service oriented and benefits are amazing.

No cons, left because of commute.

None would give a zero if I could.

There are several white employees here who make racist jokes and threaten to harm black and brown patients. Some employees "joke" about hanging and lynching black patients. Threatening to do so to patients who "have an attitude". They continue to purposefully mispronounce black and brown names after being corrected by other employees and patients. A lot of white employees also make fun of anyone who speaks Spanish. Saying to Spanish speaking employees and patients that they should only speak English. White employees also make a big fuss about helping Spanish speaking patients. Often complaining right in front of them. Other times they claim that they don't understand when Hispanic patients are speaking perfect English, just because they're Hispanic. I have also witnessed Hispanic employees being told to clean because that's what they're "good at". There is always super long wait times because most of the time employees are making fun of patients and gossiping in the back and not doing their job. I wish it was just one person but it's not. Comments like this have been made by doctors, nurses, managers, and others. After reporting this several times, nothing ever came about.
