Horrible place to work - Recensione dipendente - Facilities Technician presso Centerpoint Medical Center

Pay is low, keep hearing how good the company is doing and only get a .38 cent pay raise. They got rid of supervisor role so no one can move up. Worst morale is have ever worked in. They thrive on skeleton crew and wonder why work is not getting done. They want us to fix things but don't want us to buy parts, very frustrating place to work
