This company has only cons: 1. Centilytics is the worst company in terms of everything. 2. I’m sorry but CEO of the company is a blunt person. He don’t know what to do exactly in order to grow the company. 3. A lot of politics in the office. You can’t even take 10 min. Single break in the whole day. 4. The senior managers and decision makers are freshers and only involved in gossips. 5. They can fire anyone without even given notice period. 6. Top decision makers in the company have no idea how to grow their employee. No training given to employees. 7. They have their corporate office in the rural area where no public convince is easily available. 8. And most importantly, it’s just a regular startup and they pretend to be giant players of the industry. It’s totally fake company with zero moral value, no growth strategy, zero value to employees.
