The role allowed me to grow my skills and expand in different areas of the business. I enjoyed working alongside my immediate team members. Good working from home options.

Awful micro-management and and overall toxic hustle culture. Unrealistic and unachievable deadlines, meaning that lots of overtime was required to finish a task which could have otherwise been avoided. Did not feel as if I had a safe space to discuss growth opportunities, roadblocks in workflow or contribute new ideas.

Ongoing transformation of the company is very exciting, great partnerships and a strong focus on improving user experience!
