They will tell you they will work with you schedule and then work you 50 hours a week. The manager I had could not do her job and relied on others to do things for her, she would talk behind your back to your coworkers about things, and would demean you when it came to how much you put into the job. The customers were not the most accepting of the department and you were given no training on how to do much to help people outside of your department. The training is always changing. No consistency No regard to your life outside of work or your safety.
