Cut staff to skeleton crew making it impossible to not work overtime unless you're going to screw over your team and OT is a no no. Top management says "come to me for help" but never helps. They don't understand what it takes to run a branch on a day to day basis and can't preform the most basic aspects of the job. Way under paid, it's actually insulting.
