They reimburse certifications - as long as they approve it first AND have the budget for it. But they won't tell you about the budget part.

The benefits are going downhill. They don't show any care or concern for employees - UNLESS - you're family. Nepotism and favoritism are overflowing here. Workloads are hilariously overloaded. Their "helpdesk" is operating with about 1/3 fewer people than they should - but it's all peachy because they can game their own numbers, that they make up, to deliver to clients and "show them how great they're doing". Training here is a joke. They will set you up for failure and let you languish there thinking you're doing well - and then SLAM you for things you're not even aware they were weighing against you. Projects are completed on a timely basis - but they will sacrifice documentation and any sort of proper solution to deliver on that time table first. Good luck supporting some of the things they come up with. You're not going to see a pay raise unless you find an offer elsewhere and they can afford to counter it.
