Flexible work arrangements, job security

Terrible management, nepotism, staff treated like poorly, leave is hard to get leave approved, the micromanagement of staff is the worst I have encountered.. everything is KPI and stats driven and there is no consideration for more complex cases meaning that if you take too long working with a client, you have to explain to management why your stats are low that day.

System always down and clunky Toxic KPIs, encouragement to be efficient and cold rather than empathetic
