- Great people to work for, patient and understanding - Small team so very close knit, which is a plus in my eyes - Fully remote - Will not be micromanaged, however guidance is offered when needed Overall just a good place to work, thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Centrex team! :)

- Only con I could even think of would be that there is no office, sometimes it's nice to be able to go in and collaborate etc but this is by no means a dealbreaker and they have team events on occasion!
