Honestly the pros aren’t really pros. This company literally does the bare minimum.

- They’re making us work on Saturdays which wasn’t discussed or mentioned during the interviewing process - Limited PTO - Micromanaging as if you’re a child - No 401k - Leadership is petty - No real culture - Employees must STILL work even when they sound super sick on team calls - No incentive or reason to stay at this company. I am currently open to new opportunities as my colleagues are all leaving one by one. No one is really happy or motivated - Honestly would advise even if you are completely broke to keep looking for ANYTHING but this company

The company has some great growth. They truly care about their employees and ensuring they have what they need to be successful and help the company if you take some initiative Management works with employees and listens and implements ideas that come from lower levels

Svantaggi

Being a smaller company, many times you will need to figure out best routes forward on your own and by collaborating with others who know pieces of it. Also be comfortable wearing a few different hats. This is something I personally enjoy but for people who don't enjoy this, it might not be a great fit
