The company doesn't care about their employees. There's no training, incentives are unattainable. They will throw you out there and fire you if you can't figure it out. No culture. Because they dont care about their employees. The COO will act like a bully. Berate you over silly mistakes. And ruin any motivation your employees had for working for your company. Their product sucks. Big time. It looks and feels like something created 20 years ago. Its clear that they built a product and then tried to go find a market that will buy it. Turns out only a very small percentage of companies actually need what they built. They company can't grow, can't compete, and can't really change courses. The best they can do is try to add 1 good company a year and pay the bills. PTO is a joke. Benefits are a joke. They won't pay you severance when they fire you. Good luck getting promoted.
