Management refers to employees as Prisoners and theirselves as the Wardens. 3+ months only working 4 days a week, called “Dark Days” not mentioned in interview. Management has a “because-I-said so mentality” and jokes that salary employees come in 6 or less hours on a weekly basis. Management is spiteful for enjoyment purposes only, requesting people to “beg” along with other bizarre behaviors.
