      My pros are for the older CTD before the take over. Approachable members of directors and management, without naming names but everyone who knows. Knows. MD, SM, CS, RB, AM, MB, absolutely fantastic directors and managers. A genuine fun place to work.

      These cons are after the take over. Useless management, Bad leadership Horrendous pay Felt worthless none of our concerns where addressed Redundancies of vital staff members in order to save a penny, when its cost them much more. Idiocy left right and centre. Killing the core business
