Coworkers are good people and good workers Company had a lot of promise for success Leadership takes their commitment to their employees seriously

Small company means not a lot of back-up for each function Normal growing pains of an early stage company like timing of new hires and investments

Initially I enjoyed the position, but this ended up being one of the worst jobs I’ve had. Upper “management” doesn’t really exist which was frustrating and resulted in uncomfortable tension between associates. Paydays missed several times (and not quickly rectified), no 401k match, poor benefits, etc. Overall, this company lacks direction and the resources of their competitors. I would be surprised if they are still around in a year or two.

Virtually no leadership, poor organization, poor benefits, no room for advancement or pay increases. Awkward and tense work environment.
