3yHi, and thanks for taking the time to review your tenure at Advantage Resourcing. We've went through significant change this year; which has been difficult for many. However, our vision is to create a stronger business and one where people love coming to work. New policies and initiatives have recently been launched which include all colleagues and our ongoing colleague feedback process is proving incredibly popular and useful.
We have never supported asking people to work over their contracted hours except for in exceptional circumstances; we'd love to dig more in to this to prevent it being an issue for our current or new employees.
