The product itself is so outdated its a surprise the company is still in business. Leadership is mostly made up of old white men who have no idea how to keep up with competitors. No innovation as a result. Employees waste most of their time trying to fix whats broken and apologizing for bugs or features that were promised by sales but don’t actually exist. Guarantee the company will be out of business in the next year or two. To top it all off the CEO openly gave a speech to the entire company using the phrase "I don't see color" then named 3 people of color that work for the company to prove his point.
