During the high growth in past years it happened that some junior managers appeared in middle management. They had no previous regulatory experience and it seemed that they were not willing to learn anything new neither to lead the project but fortunately already left the company. Some changes proposed by employees takes too long to implement, but overall I feel like my voice is valuable. There are few frustrated employees who has such an impact on overall culture and atmosphere.
