HR or the manager doesn't help if mental harassment happens with employees. They will make the employee exit involuntarily after knowing about such a condition. The condition is because of the manager only, and the company protects such people. The HR is the most unfriendly and egoistic team here, supporting such managers who don't care for subordinates; they play politics such that employees feel they cannot tolerate it anymore.
