HR knows how to write fake glassdoor reviews to improve their score. But honestly, the CEO loves his friends which he hired, and hear himself talking, and everyone who agrees with him, even when he's talking nonsense.

All the fake HR posts in the world can't save this company's bad score... Really, it's a toxic environment, where you know that you'll get laid off one day, unless you suck up to the CEO and his friends. He doesn't know how to lead, or manage a company, and is leading this company downhill. High performers are being laid off because they are viewed as threatening... Which is incredible. Expect burn-out and exhaustion if you care about work. If not? you might survive under the radar, and might not have to do much, as long as you suck up to the CEO that is.
